Appulate continues to improve your submission workflow. Instead of having to go to the Q&A/Forms section to edit ACORDs and supplementals, you can now work on them right from the Marketing section, where all of our other main features are.
Notice anything different on our Submission/Quotes page? The results are the same but the look is new and improved!
We started to implement indications in the Appulate system a while ago. Now we’ve added new statuses to help you track the progress and minor tweaks to smooth your user experience.
Welcome to Appulate Release Thursday!
Now in LossRunner, you can do so in just a matter of seconds, without the hassle of printing, signing and scanning. Simply select the type of document you want signed (BOR or LOA) and enter in the insured’s email. They will receive an email with a link that they click on to open up EchoSign where they will simply type in their name and EchoSign will create a signature for them. eSignature is fully secure and legally binding. You are notified when your insured signs and documents are automatically uploaded into Appulate. When you send your request to the carrier, the signed BOR/LOA from your insured is automatically attached.
Sometimes carriers and MGAs need to provide additional information in the proposal to the agency. For this reason, we’ve implemented a new feature to enhance better communication and save time. Carriers and MGAs can now send a quote cover letter to their agencies directly from Appulate.
