Available to agencies and MGAs, Appulate’s favorite contacts feature is there to help you find and assign market contacts you are working with on a request for a quote.

Appulate’s Market Smart Q&A page allows you to save time and effort as it shows required questions related only to one market, whereas the Smart Q&A tab shows questions for an insurance line and all markets added on the Markets Selector.

Appulate’s Policy interface becomes available when a policy is bound. Once bound, policies are available via the Policies menu.

Agency users can give the insured access to quotes on the Insured Portal. There, the insured users can compare the quotes to decide which one they would like to request to bind.

You can schedule submissions in Appulate if your market supports Email or Weblink submissions. Set the time and date you want your request for a quote to be sent on whenever you send an email. You can also reschedule or cancel your scheduled submissions.

The updated Insured Portal is one of the features released as part of Appulate 11. The portal is available to insured users.
